| Aviation airborne industry is a significant part of aviation industry in our country. To a great extent, its technical level determines the level of our aviation industry's development and has some impact on the development of our aviation industry. The economic globalization and daily changed techniques bring boundless opportunities as well as more challenges to the development of our aviation airborne industry. The aviation airborne enterprises take advantage of such a turning point, and actively take part in the international competition so as to promote its technical level and competitiveness. This has great impact on the development of our aviation industry. So actively developing the international business is the key point for an enterprise to develop, besides, it's the only way to promote the overall level of our aviation industry. CAIC (Chengdu Aero-Instrument corporation) is one of the backbones in our aviation airborne industry. CAIC's study on its international operation is not only very important to its own development but also a good reference for other aviation airborne companies to develop international business. CAIC is an aviation airborne company specialized in avionics and transducers. Through tens of years' hard striving, CAIC has made a great progress in technique, management and market developing, forming three mainstay businesses including military, commercial and international trade products and it also has a good reputation in both domestic and foreign aviation manufacturing industry. Especially, CAIC's international operation effectively promotes the development of aviation airborne industry. However, the writer clearly understands that CAIC started its international business at an early time and the international business did promote CAIC's main business, but CAIC hasn't made an overall strategic planning for international management, and lacks an all-around thought. From "Customer looking for us instead of we actively developing market, just passively developing market when requested by leadership", we can see that CAIC does not actively develop international market. Now, in face of new situation, the abuse comes out as CAIC's lacks strategic planning for internationalized management; few sales channels for target market, inappropriate product structure, low efficiency of resource configuration led that CAIC's international business is quite hard to get developed or even could not meet the requirement which our aviation industry's fast development poses to CAIC. Therefore, it appears that it is quite necessary and stringent for CAIC to consider its international management from the aspect of strategy, make a long-term strategic planning and implement strategic management. Guided by the related theory of international management, adopting the theory and methods of strategic management, this thesis gives an analysis of the inside and outside environment which CAIC's international management is facing, based on the above, it makes strategic planning for CAIC's international management, and puts forward some countermeasure suggestion for CAIC to harmonize and assort its international management strategy. As a result, it draws the outline of CAIC's international management strategic planning.
