High-tech Sme Growth Influencing Factors

High-tech SMEs are based on high technology with intense technology. Compared to the developed countries, there is still a considerable gap between the high-tech SMEs in our country and those in other developed countries, not only in the general development level, but also in technology innovation ability, management system and the environment of the enterprises' developing. There are two reasons of the lag of the high-tech SMEs in our country. The first is that the high technology have developed only for a short period in our country and the technology accumulation is relative weak. The second is that the theoretical research about this respect is in incipient period and have not mature theory system. Because of the lag of the theoretical research, The high-tech SMEs in our country have no enough theory instruction and they lack the knowledge of the management of the new enterprises. Therefore, we usually make the misplay in operating these enterprises. So it is important to research the growth principium of the high-tech SMEs since it can enhance the knowledge of these enterprises, increase the successful rate of the enterprises, and stimulate the development of the high-tech SMEs.Through researching on the influence factor of the high-tech SMEs' growth, this paper try hard to seek the theories of the relevant high-tech SMEs' growth. After handing out the questionnaire to the high-tech SMEs in the region of Dalian, this paper analyze the result and get the related conclusion. Through analyzing the influence factors and putting forward the growing strategy, the paper try to offer some consults for the enterpr i se governor and the policy establishment.
