ERP is an important system for an enterprise to keep and develop competitive advantages in the information age. It has great significance to the development of enterprises. ERP is an enterprise resources management system that integrates enterprise management idea, business process, basic data, computer technology, computer into one system. Therefore more and more enterprises adopted ERP projects during the process of informationization. The implementation of ERP projects is the complex system engineering with high investment and risk. It's hard to control and guarantee the schedule, cost, quality of ERP projects, because of it's weakness in technology, ability, human resource and it's shortness of effective supervision mechanism. So during the process of ERP implementation, we decrease the risk and increase the success rate of ERP implementation by means of ERP Projects' supervision. The supervision of ERP projects is to supervise the construction of the ERP system on the basis of independent principle and the fairness of third party, which integrate the interest of enterprise and the developer, maintain the interest of the three parties.The supervision of ERP projects is newly emerging things in our country, the theoretical systems of which is not perfect. Through analyzing the theory of construction supervision and the characteristic of ERP system, this paper studies the meaning, principle, framework and mode of ERP projects supervision. By combining the knowledge of project management and software engineering, this paper studies the solution to the supervision of ERP project, and analyzes the earlier stage,process, later stage of the ERP projects. From framework and procedure aspect, this paper analyzes the schedule control module, cost control module and quality control module of the supervision of ERP project's process. These three modules are the most important aspects for ERP projects supervision, which is also the core of this paper. This paper studies COCOMO,EVA, software testing, O.Wight evaluation system and other key technology. Finally by investigating the ERP projects of some limited companies that deal with pump in Dalian, this paper studies the realization of project supervision.Through the study of ERP projects supervision, this paper tries to probe into the realization of the enterprise's informationization supervision. The paper hopes to give some good ideas to the informationization of enterprise's supervision and improve the development of informationization supervision of our country.
