W Company Internal Control Evaluation And Design

Modern Internal Control System originated from U.S.A and some other western countries.The western countries implement Internal Control to keep the safety of the enterprises' property, to keep the exactitude of the accounting informations, to intensify the management of the enterprises, and to cooperate with the outside auditing, the above is the target that our enterprises establish modern enterprise system.This report, in term of COSO' report "Internal Control –System Construction ", gives evaluation and design of W Compony's Internal Control.W compony is a science and technology enterprise, it was founded by Tsinghua University and other investors to speeding up the commercialization of OLED. During this significant conversion, it's crucial to absorb and establish the notion of modern management and control.This report uses internal control theory and judgment as tools to investigate and evaluate the status of W compony in items of COSO's report, including control environment, risk evaluation, controlling, information and communication, supervise. In the aspect of control environment, information and communication, risk evaluation, it works well, but controlling and supervise, have big deficiencies. And then gives the suggestion on inventory management.
