Market economy is credit economy. Credit has become the scarcest resource in China's surplus commodities period.Risk problems caused by credit sale (traditionally called account sale) have become more and more serious. Without an effective set of measures, firms fall into the strange circle that no account sale means waiting for death while using account sale equals seeking death. Under this difficult situation, credit management in Chinese enterprises has become the primary problem that should be solved as soon as possible since China has entered WTO and is trying to integrate into the world economy.After introduction of content of the subject, purpose and methods of research, this thesis considers from failed credit sale case in Dongjia Company. Through brief introduction of basic theories on credit management and analytical model of credit, the thesis further explains the establishment and concrete ways in implementation of "1+3" credit management model in Dongjia Company. At the same time, at the end of the thesis there are some charts and cases that I hope will help to understand this thesis.
