Study Of The Financial Crisis Early-warning Model Of E-commerce Businesses

In Knowledge Economics, Electronic-Business (E-business) has become the most attractive business pattern. How to utilize the new pattern and how to combine it with the company's strategic plan have been the most favorable research topics in China's enterprises. In this circumstance, to avoid and scatter the financial risks which companies are facing with is becoming a discussing focus in the financial theory circle. Financial affairs early warning model, as an important step of the financial risk management, is paid more attention by relevant experts. This dissertation is belonged to the sub-project of National Natural Science Foundation Key Projects-Management Theory and Methodology under Electronic-Business Environment (Project Number: 70031020). This study tries to establish a financial affairs early warning model by using statistic ways and to make some innovations on the selection of the index.It selects 20 companies with financial troubles(it equals ST) and with Non-financial troubles(it equals Non-ST) respectively as samples. A model is established by SPSS11.5 discrimination. 85% of original grouped cases and 92.5% of new grouped cases are correctly classified.In a word, a financial affairs early warning model of E-Business Corporation is proposed in this dissertation with innovation and feasibility.
