Eco-tourism In The Certification Process, The Positioning Mechanism

The apply of accreditation and authorization to ecotourism is a somewhat new phenomenon, but its necessity and fast-development are supported by many scholars. And at the same time, it embodies a trend to professional accreditation system. Our national government has recognized this trend and decided to make Zhejiang Province a experimental unit to study ecotourism criterion. This paper is trying to expound what roles should the government play during the whole process of ecotourism accreditation.Under the background of the research and compilation of Zhejiang Province's Ecotourism Program, the author analyzed the data of government, tourist companies and tourists from Hangzhou, Lin'an, Chun'an; Ningbo, Fenghua, Ninghai, Xiangshan; Wenzhou, Yongjia, Leqing; Xinchang; Anji; Lishui and Yongkang, etc. After the status and main problems in governmental tourism management are pointed out, Dematel method is conducted to the government administrators and experts who have corresponsive comprehension on ecotourism and government operation. After the analysis of mutual-related and mutual-impact, three plans to solve problems are concluded.Based on the above-mentioned researches and analysis, the author brings forward advice and suggestions of government positioning and administration mechanism during the process of ecotourism accreditation.
