Recently, credit lack of tourism industry becomes more serious, and its harm becomes harder. So this problem must be resolved immediately, in order to ensure the development of tourism.In view of the purpose, the paper analyses the factors that cause the credit crisis, and then put forward the measures to resolve the problem, by using the main component analysis method, the comparison method, the system analysis method, and so on. So the paper has six chapters.First, the conceptions of the paper are defined. Through summarizing the conception of credit and credit system, the paper originally advances the conceptions of the credit and the credit system in the tourism industry, which are the logic basis of the paper.Second, the causes of the credit crisis in the tourism industry are analyzed. Those are the credit information dissemination mechanism being not constructed, the property rights system being not reasonable, the credit legal system being not completed, the effect of the governmental supervision system being limited, the self-regulation mechanism of the tourism association being not constructed, the Chinese credit system being not constructed and, the credit risk management system of tourism industry being not reasonable.Third, for the above-mentioned reasons, the measures to construct the tourism industry credit system are put forward, including the property rights system construction, the credit legal system construction, the credit investigation system construction, the credit evaluation system construction, the supervision system construction, the tourism industry credit management system construction, the information dissemination mechanism construction and the credit punishment mechanism construction.Fourth, the executors of the tourism industry credit system construction are analyzed, which are tourism administration, tourism association, tourism industry and credit management cooperation. Simultaneously, this paper interprets the responsibilities they should undertake, and the measures they should take to fulfill their own duties.Fifth, based on the communication theory, the information dissemination mechanism is devised. The paper demonstrates the content of the tourism industry credit information, and the process of the information dissemination mechanism.Sixth, the credit punishment mechanism of tourism industry is analyzed. The paper demonstrates the credit punishment mechanism, such as its nature, its executor, its punishment evidence, its punishment scales.The paper is coming from the tourism practice, and then combines the tourism and credit, then forming a new research region. The author expects that the paper can give the executors some guide, and can effectively resolve the tourism industry credit lack problem. |
