| Dual economy structure is the typical character of Chinese economic system, and now the character will be more obvious with the further economy development. It will be the main obstacle of Chinese economy development. At the same time, the dual economy structure causes the economic fluctuation from different aspects. So solving the dual economy structure is the main task at present.First, the article analyses what cause the rigidity of the dual economy structure and the station of the rigidity; then analyses how the dual economy structure cause the economic fluctuation and come to the following conclusion:(1) The dual economy structure rigidity causes the fluctuation in agriculture, such as low efficiency in production, weak establishment and frequent fluctuation etc. Fluctuation in agriculture is a main factor of the unstable economy development.(2) The rigidity of the dual economy structure result in the more obvious income differential and the cost differential, even the lower cost rate. The cost is a main factor to prompt the GDP increase. So the cost is not enough to maintain the stable economy development.(3) The rigidity of the dual economy structure restrains the industrial structure to upgrade and development of the service tertiary industry. The unreasonable industrial structure always results in the economic fluctuation.Base on the above the conclusions, the article find we should do the following to solve the dual economy structure: Improve the urbanization level by developing the private enterprises and the small cities, transfer the surplus labor from rural to urban; The government should invest more money in rural education to improve the peasants' educationallevel and prompt the branch of farming to improve itself; find more methods to transfer more surplus rural labor to the urban. |
