The key content of a modern enterprise system is enterprise's incentive mechanism and the performance assessing, it is a foundation of establishing enterprise's key competitiveness. An effective incentive mechanism can make enterprise's operator and the owner's interests unite, make the operator work hard for the company owner, lest the morals risk. Whether the two has established the connection reflecting in the operator's salary is tied to enterprise's achievement to a great extent. This paper analyzed the relationship of executive's salary and enterprise's performance of Private listed company.After more than 20 years of development, private economy has already become important strength of promoting our national economy. With the development of security market of our country in recent years, the quantity of listed company of enterprise run by the local people is increasing constantly. Though the enterprise run by the local people has made a series of achievements in our country's economic construction, but there are a lot of questions in its company administration structure, especially incentive mechanism. This paper studied the Private listed companies, and carried on research to enterprise's salary, in the hope of perfecting company's administration structure.On the basis of positive research, consulting the development trend of the salary with new system, and take A Company as an example, I design a set of salary system; expect to play a drawing lesson from role to the private listed company. In the end, I Propose the requisition for financial rules reform, in order to perfect the administration structure of the private listed company.
