| The thesis is based on the transnational business strategy theory andtakes the substance of economic globalization as starting point to analysisthe current conditions of Sichuan enterprises and find the advantages andbottlenecks for Sichuan enterprises to develop transnational business. Thethesis offers some constructive suggestion about development modes andsteps of Sichuan enterprises and further discuss the economic effect fromtransnational business for one country or a region. The thesis is organized as following: the description of transnationalbusiness background, the summary of transnational business theory,analyses of advantages and bottleneck, strategy choice and case study,and the suggestion. The study method used in the thesis is qualitative analysis andsupplemented with case study. The value chain theory and the marginalindustry expansion theory are the major analyses tools to focus upon theimportance of development Sichuan enterprises in international businessand explanation the importance and practice of industry structureadjustment. The modes of green-land investment, M&A of transnationalcorporations, connection with global manufacture network, alliance withmultinational corporation and brand strategy etc. are selective ways forSichuan enterprises to conduct international business. With the development of globalization of world economy in 21stcentury, how to confront the economy globalization and severeinternational competition, how to break through the factors supply anddevelopment space restriction, how to overcome the anti-dumping accusefor the labor-extensive mode and low-end production market anddifferent trade barriers are the main unavoidable fact encountered bySichuan enterprises.
