Modular supplying is using successfully and can improve production efficiency and expand production scale, becoming the mainstream supplying mode in the world auto industry. Enterprises reach the designing output of economic scale of China, but the actual output doesn' t. One of factors is not to adopting the modular supply. So it' s meaningful for practical to study condition of modular supplying and explore modular supplying mode of china to improving the production scale and the situation of under-capacity operation. The dissertation includes:Firstly, the purchase resource environment of auto industry is analyzed. The condition of modular supplying is compared. The reasons of china failing adopting modular supplying are the lower production concentration degree, the lower technique, unreasonable dividing of suppliers system and lacking cooperation with the suppliers.Secondly, as a solution of transition period, the concept of " qausi-modular supplying mode " is put forward. That is to assemble parts in logistics center founded in the auto company and to offer modules directly to assembly line, replacing traditional mode of supplying parts.Thirdly, as the necessary change of " quasi-modular supplying mode", the organization, procedure, resource, supply logistics are designed.Fourthly, verifying this mode, simulation model is developed.Finally, regarding a typical company as the background, the mode is simulated. The result indicates this mode can improve preparing cycle, output, artificial efficiency and utilization ratio.Through the combination of theoretical and simulation research, draw the conclusion: there is not the condition of modular supplying of China at present, but the auto industry can implement quasi-modular supply firstly through change and can make effect. This mode is suitable for electromechanical trades with condition similar to automobile industry. |
