Property Management ,as a new industry ,has attracted different kinds of specialized talents, such as architecture, economy management and engineering, and so on.With the development of science and technology, especially the entrance into WTO, the talent who has mastered modern knowledge of management and technology will be the important resource of improving the development of Property Management.King-birds Property Management CO., LTD established in 1995. After 10 years fast development, the company is in the period of bottle-neck and has many problems shuold be solved By the communication and questionaire research with employees, the author want to help the company to find the real reason that hamper the company's HR management.This thesis is mainly consists of four parts. The first chapter introduces the relative theory of Property management. In Chapter 2, the author discusses the crisis of human resource taking place in Property Management industry. The third Chapter introduces the diagnostic methodology and the diagnostic result.
