This thesis studies and analyses the background of development and the market of the leading products, coal mining rubber-tired vehicles, manufactured by Changzhou Research & Development Center (CRDC), and on the basis of summarizing up analytical methods of enterprises' competition, competitive strategies, and the theory of core competitive competence, it also studies the outside environments and the inside conditions of the enterprises, and clarifies the main opponents and its competitive trend, etc. This thesis also set competitive strategic-target of CRDC and studies out the strategic approach to it. Moreover, it works out four optional strategies: Focused differentiation, Quick response, Alliance, and Strengthen service. And puts forwards a scheme to combine the four strategies reasonably, namely a competitive strategy relying mainly on the Focused differentiation competitive strategy while making the Alliance and Strengthen service subsidiary,At the end of this thesis, it gives some suggests bringing up and enhancing the core competitive competence of enterprises after analyzing key factors which mainly influences the creating of core competitive competence, that is, the ability of advanced management for developing the new products, and to constructs the proper mechanism of enterprise. And it is the base of performance of enterprises' competitive strategies.
