Which strengthen greatly the corporation's colligate strength and competition competence. But, after entering into WTO, china promises that open oil retailing market in three years and oil wholesaling market in five years to the outside world. Which lead to more and more acute competition in readymade oil products terminal market. So, CNPC still need to reform management system in order to adapt to domestic and foreign competition environment that all petroleum enterprises must face.According to Corporation's operation flow, that is the incorporate pattern of upper and lower reaches of a operation, we know that benefit and gain come from terminal distribution and are embodied by terminal distribution. Therefore, it has been important measure to strengthen Corporation's competition competence that reinforcing petroleum selling enterprises' management, widening terminal market, and making better market depend on management.Taking Home-delivery Center of Readymade Oil in NanChong, Sichuan Province for example, this paper analyses management model of centralize delivery in petroleum distribution enterprises and discusses the management of home-delivery center. Aiming at Home-delivery Center of Readymade Oil, NanChong, this paper discourse on emphatically system reform about human resource, financial affairs, distribution and safety management.
