By way of summing up the developing process of the human being, the author of the thesis presents the viewpoint that we enter into the cultural times. Afterward the author thoroughly analyzes and researches the diverse culture among the United States, Japan, and China in the cultural aspects of growable, internal, and external, regime. He also stresses to contrast and compare American enterprise culture, Japanese enterprise culture, and Chinese traditional culture: deep psychological structure such as social and cultural, concepts of basic Values, enterprise decision making model, concepts of the enterprise operation, traits of enterprise management, interrelation of the enterprise and society, and core idea of enterprise, the author introduces cultural building model of petroleum enterprise,-studying model culture, researches the characteristics and contents of studying model culture, for example, creating the image that reflects attributes and idea of petroleum enterprise, knowledge management, effective teamwork, and rectifying bad habits of petroleum enterprise.
