Study On The Extraction Of The Company's Performance Management System In

With the development of market economy in our country, many enterprises pay more and more attention to improve their management level. As a fashionable scientific management system, Performance Appraisal is applied in more and more enterprise. In this article, we discuss the Performance Appraisal system of a state enterprise and all kinds of questions missed when the system was carried out. By analysis of these questions and research of management theory, we try to get the way to solve the similar problem in those companies same as this one.In order to get that aim, four chapters are developed. The first chapter gives an overall introduction of the company. The second chapter introduce the performance management system and the third one tell the questions when the system is carried out. The last one give the way to solve these questions.
