Facing with the changes and difficulties after reorganization, Technology Research Institute of the Second Recovery Technology Service Department must have a clear understanding of it's market positions and development strategies to lay the foundation of enterprise reform and structure adjustment and acquire market advantages and further development in the future.In this paper, the author makes a detailed analysis on the Second Recovery Department regarding its internal conditions and external environments and development trends of oil storage enterprises on the basis of strategic management theory, marketing theory to give a clear strategic vision of the company. The author draws the following conclusions:Firstly, the development strategy is decided by external environments (such as industry environment, market conditions and macro economic factors) and internal conditions (such as performance, resources and capabilities). Secondly, the paper focuses on the capabilities and advantages of oil enterprises and studies the successful experiences of local and foreign corporations and draws the conclusions that the development strategy must be based on the advantages and international, local environments. What is most important is the dynamic change of the environments. Thirdly, considering the difficulties and advantages of the Second Recovery Department, the author puts forward directions of the enterprises and specifies an exact market position of main businesses. The enterprise must set up the enterprise management system suitable for market economy, give priorities to its primary businesses and implementation of its "going-out" strategy so as to enlarge its market share and profit level, as well as form strategic alliances so that win-win effect can be realized. The development strategy dealt with in this paper not only supports the decision making of Changqing oil enterprise, but also provides guidelines and references to other similar enterprises. |
