Logistics System Resource Integration Model

In the light of system theory, integration theory and systematic theory, this paper focuses on the resources of logistics system in our country, studies the concept, and analyzes the present situation of logistics system, points out the six problems in the process of using, and advances the necessary to integrate resources of logistics system. At the same time, the paper studies from two aspects: principal part of system resource and minor part of system resource for the studies of existing model. And in the research of principal part of system resource the paper studies from two aspects: operation resource and information resource. Among the integration of operation resource, the paper depending on analyze of quantity and using information technology points out the method of outsourcing. And the paper points out by building the information platform to integrate the information resource. In the research of minor part of system resource the paper also studies from two aspects: the logistics company and custom resource. At the same time, it points out the method of merger and acquisition to integrate the logistics company. Finally, the paper points out the policies of supporting the existing of logistics system resources basing on the present problems in the process of using.
