Minority Areas Of Sustainable Development A Number Of Issues

The back wardress of minority regions is the focus of our ethnic problems. Speeding up the development of these regions is the main issue of our Party's practice and our national proceedings. Looking back and linking our practice into reality, people increasingly realized that sustainable development is the basic way to quicken the pace of minority regions' development. The strategy of sustainable development in these regions must be quite different from ones in other regions and we should start our construction from the reality in view of these region's poor status and rough conditions. Transforming our theories into effective actions is the meaning of our strategy. Zn order to fulfill these region's sustainable development, we must clarify the motivation, security, basic ways specific measures, skill pathways and system of mobilization of this strategy so as to realize it's orientation.My thesis is made up of three parts. I state the necessity of carrying this strategy, the poor status and its comprehensive. effect on the whole ethnic regions, and the achievement of our part. Furthermore I also point out our party should work much further and harder to improve the situation of such areas in the first part. I blueprint the design of strategy of sustainable development which focuses on it's instructing points, realistic status, particular difficulties and orientation of our strategy in the second part. I narrate the over all fulfillment of this strategy which centers on its motivation, security, basic way and method.
