Corruption is on the rise since the Open and Reform of China. Naturally the struggle against corruption has become a long-term, overall and strategical research concern. Recent years, the anti-corruption has made great achievement, but this corruption phenomenon is still existing and even spreading. In such a serious situation, it is high time to make enforcing policies and effective measures to prevent it from coming into being and spreading.The paper discusses the anti-corruption in the new era from the following four aspects:Firstly, the exposition of the corruption problems in the new era. It posts the essence and current circumstances of corruption and providing objective evidences for the afterward cause analysis and countermeasure research of corruption issue.Secondly, the cause analysis of corruption. First of all, it is the negative effect of market economy in the transfer of economy system. Next, it is the negative function of the power misdistribution in the political system. And then it is the eroding of the rump Feudalism and moldered Capitalism thoughts, as well as the influence of the western antagonize power.Thirdly, the analysis of the anti-corruption battle in the early days after the establishment of PRC. And there are four revelations in a sum: keeping the alarming system, managing the Party strictly, relying on the ordinary people and strengthening the supervision. Fourthly, providing three suggestions for the struggling against corruption in the new era with summing up the above aspects. (1) Building up the supervision system for administration power; (2) building up the inspirit motivity system of anti-corruption; (3) constructing incorruptness atmosphere.
