Following this, three kinds of pirating actions to internet copyrights are listed according to some cases. Moreover, this part analyses situation overseas in this field and the relation among the law, rule and judicature.In the following chapter, the ways are suggested to protect Internet copyrights. This chapter is important. With the problem for copyright pirating, two measures are brought forward. The one is the solution to construct institutions of collective administration, including the web service department playing as the handler and the official or half-official quality of the handle department. Under management rules in public, internet production market will be expanded by signing contracts among author, user, and service department. Another is technical protection measure, with whichauthor can vindicate his legitimate right and forbid user reverse project. It is hoped that these ways would forbid and reduce the actions for copyright pirating online.In addition, the latest also mentions the way to protect internet copyrights in law under the direction of THE LEGAL SOLUTION FOR THE CASE ON THE INTERNET COPYRIGHTS PIRATING BY THE CHIEF COUNT OF CHINA executed in March 2004.this sector talks about the range of the management for the cases of internet copyrights pirating, the digital productions, the adscription of the copyrights after being spread online, the action authentication for the copyrights pirating, the responsibility of web service department and the range of the compensation for the copyrights pirating.
