As the Internet has developed rapidly and transferred gradually from scientific application to commercial application. More and more enterprises begin to do business and publicize corporate image through the Internet, so a new marketing way-network marketing appears. No enterprise could neglect the opportunities and threatens the Internet offers, so how to earn economic benefits through network marketing has attracted more and more attention. Small enterprises play an important role in social economy of our country, but they have weak sides in some aspects, so they should be given more attention. As a small high-tech enterprise, XB Corporation is facing the same problems of whether to develop network marketing and how to develop network marketing efficiently.On basis of reading a lot of literatures and analyzing some related websites, using ways of combining marketing theories and practical research, the author gives thorough discuss of developing network marketing in XB Corporation. Firstly, through analysis, the author points out the necessity and feasibility of developing network marketing in XB Corporation. Because of the limitation of scale and strength, the corporation should develop network marketing from lower level to higher level. Secondly, by doing SWOT analysis of the exterior and interior environment of developing network marketing in XB Corporation, the author points out that the network marketing objects of XB Corporation should contain current objects and intending objects. The current objects involve setting up and popularizing the website of the corporation, building up brand image and strengthening service through the Internet. Intending objects involve doing market survey on the Internet, doing business with other corporations on the Internet and network marketing integration. Thirdly, to help the XB Corporation obtain the current network marketing objects, the author gives the appropriate network marketing strategies for the corporation.Based on network marketing theories and comprehensive survey data, the author follows the principle of combining universality and specialties, tries to make the conclusions efficient and convincible. Through this thesis, the XB Corporation can get the way and specific strategies to develop network marketing; the small high-tech corporations can get the same support and help in developing network marketing. So it is very useful to promote the application and development of network marketing in small corporations in our country.
