On The Three Generations Collective Leadership Of CPC In The New Innovation Of Chinese Rural Economic System

How to solve the "San-Nong" problem is a crucial issue concerned by our Party, our government and all the classes in our society. Questions existing in countryside are closely connected with the innovation of the agricultural system. That is to say, the shortcomings of the agricultural system are outstanding problems in countryside, also essential courses of other social problem there. Therefore, to recognize the innovation of agricultural system as a basic means on solving the agricultural problems in countryside, and to find a road of Chinese characteristics in building the agricultural system are of great bearing both on theory and practice.Since the founding of PRC, the three leading generations of our Party have been reforming the economic system in the countryside. This essay makes some initiative study on it, with the means of historic comparative analysis and the dialectic. The essay also points out that a reasonable choice in the realization of the Chinese modern agriculture is a kind of innovation in system; that the theoretic warranty of the innovation of the countryside economic system is the regularity that the productive relation must obey the prolificacy; that the realistic warranty of the innovation of the countryside economic system is that we must honor the creative spirit of peasants, and raise their zeal; that we have to adhere different ways of the innovation in different historic period, and presently, we have to adopt the principle-making the compulsory innovation and the inductive innovation harmonious so as to improve the innovation of the countryside economic system; and that we have to design an effective system in making more profits for peasants in order to solve the extended problems in the development of the countryside economic.
