Abstract/Summary:
The shortage of municipal installation becomes the central contradiction that badger China's urban. Management of Changzhou road-lighting is ineffective. That non-state-owned capital interpose road-lighting demesne is the central direction of road-lighting management. With being applied fundamental of economics, the article analyses that the management of Changzhou road-lighting is induced the non-state-owned capital from theory to practice. It analyses the road-lighting's public feature, necessity & possibility of the non-state-owned capital's interposition. The article brings forth new ideas there are four patterns of the non-state-owned capital interposing management of Changzhou road-lighting. It puts forward that the managerial efficiency will be raised with inducing the non-state-owned capital. In the meaning time it proposes the principle, government's duty, fixed price of road-lighting.
