Foucus on the elementary question of the stability of preference, this paper gathers the behavioral research results of many subjects such as biology, experimental biology and neurohypophysiology. This paper explores the testable individual behavior via the results of fundamental experiences in order to discuss the verification of fundamental assumption of economincs. This paper tries to set up a fundamental assumption's economical analysis frame of preference. This paper focused on the behavioral mechanism and affect factors of the formation of preference. In connection with studding the frame of stratified preference, this paper confirmed the stability of preference and the probability of measurement.
