This paper aims at researching on the enterprises strategic alliances based on non-economic factors. After marking the boundary of economic and noneconomic factors effective to the strategic alliances, the paper systematic factors such as credit, culture, law, morals and so forth, as well as the relationship between them. Based on these, the paper focuses on the functions and the effects took by the main three factors during the course of the formation and development of the strategic alliances. Furthermore, the measures and the suggestions are given so as to fully take advantage of the proactive side of the factors while eradicate their negative effects. |
