| Shengli Oil Field is the second largest oil-yielding base in China. It has 20930 oil wells. And it need to purchase all kinds of vittas' duct-bodies more than 30000 tons, thereinto duct-body J55 accounting for upwards of 70%, and the oil-takeingout pumps' canister pipes more than 1000 tons. If a product line of exact and thick ERW (electric resistance welded) pipe is built in Shengli Oil Field, substituting ERW pipe for above two kinds of ducts, the problem of long-term buying the duct-body J55 and the oil-takeingout pumps' canister pipes in costliness will be revolved, and the production cost will be reduced.According to the feasibility research and the financial evaluated theories of investing item, the feasibility of the ERW item is researched.
