HUAYANG Solar-Energy-Water-Heater Company is one of the three powers in the industry. This dissertation first makes a comprehensive analysis on the marketing environment, internal resources, market segmentation and positioning of the company, men does a systematic study on the marketing strategies of product, price, place and promotion with the 4Ps theory.This dissertation also puts forward the suggestions and plans on green-marketing of the company based on the related theory emphasizing on propagating green product,?initiating green consume, establishing green CI and acquiring unique competing strength.
