Along with gradually going in depth of the reform of the economic physical mechanism in our country and great changes in macroscopic-economical environment both at home and abroad, the challenge and opportunity exist side by side for new-type building materials industry of our country. Especially for many small- and medium-sized compound board enterprises; they are small in scale, limited in resource, more weak in strength, they often has no the advantage in competition. So it's necessary to carry out serious study and approach of the competition strategy.In this paper, the competition strategies for compound board small- and medium-sized enterprise are studying in five parts: the first is introduction, which mainly introduces this paper's foothold and studying subject; in the second part, the author makes the theory analysis and appraise of significance of the small- and medium-sized enterprises; the third part is studying and analyzing theory the competition strategies for option by small- and medium-sized enterprise. In the fourth part, comparing analysis of market are made for the compound board small- and medium-sized enterprises; Finally, the author studies the selection of completion strategies through comprehensive theory analysis in association with the situation in the author's unit.
