Analysis Of Policy Factors In China's Rural Public Goods

From the late 70' in the 20th century, the grand historical changes of both economical structure and social structure have happened in China, with the happening of the changes, the way of work and life, the way of economical and social organization in the rural area of China, have changed at all.The government no longer does the direct management towards the agricultural action. Market has become the main power to distribute the agriculture resources. With the situation, how to consummate the system of China rural public goods supply and meet the market economy, is the realistic mission of changing the government's function and continue the rural reform. So I choose the "The Policy Factor analysis to Rural Public Goods Supply in China" as my master's degree paper, in order to make the policy system of the Rural Public Goods Supply in China more perfect.My paper is made up of five parts: the first part is the basic theory, it is the normative thinking about the related concepts and the rational choice to the policy analysis. In the second part, I analyze the process ofpolicy evolvement in the rural public goods supply. The third part is to evaluate the present policy in the rural public goods supply and analyze the problems. The last part is to give the suggestion to make the policy system of the rural public goods supply better in China.
