It is very important to value the resources in the developing of the scenic spot, which decides the success of the project or not. Now most of the methods of valuing sources are objective ones, which value the objective respects of sources' project (for exemple, valuing system to world heritage of UNESCO) .Based on travel motivation from travel psychology, this article abstracted new valuing targets and designed a new valuing system of utility for scenic spot, from the station of investors, to fulfill the request of customers, referencing the present valuing systems. And during the project of position of Tianping hill, the utility of the new system is tested.Certainly, the valuing system of utility is new designed, so it is not perfect,but this valuing system for developing of scenic spot is worth consulting for valuing travel resource. |
