On the other hand, in the Bonded Zones, the highest opening-up areas in the mainland of China, great accomplishments have taken place. However, compared to the Free Trade Zones abroad, there exist a great deal of gaps among them, which hinder the further contact and development of the economy and trade between other countries and China. However, owing to the unique advantage in the Bonded Zone and the characteristics of international logistics, there are great potentialities and necessities for developing international logistics in the Bonded Zone. Therefore, it is the significant subject facing the administrative and research organizations of the Bonded Zone, how to develop effectively the international logistics relying on the Bonded Zone in order to promote the transition from the Bonded Zone to the Free Trade Zone. Out of the motive and reason, I made the research on the development of the international logistics under the background of the development of the transition of the Bonded Zone.Under the background of the development of the transition of the Bonded Zone in China, and based on the example of the WaiGaoQiao Bonded Zone, the dissertation is engaged chiefly in the detailed analysis of the development of the international logistics in the Bonded Zone, putting forward the construction of the gray model for the prediction of the international logistic quantity in the Bonded Zone, and finally presenting the object system of the logistics industry in Bonded Zone and the development strategy of the international logistics in Bonded Zone.The structure of the dissertation is as follows: the first introduction ischiefly describing the basic situation and achievements in the Bonded Zones of China, and then emphasizing that the Bonded Zone should develop into the Free Trade Zone on the basis of the current development and the environment facing the Bonded Zone and the systematic comparison between the Bonded Zone of China and the Free Trade Zone overseas, and conclusively demonstrating that the integration of the Zone and neighboring Port is the fundamental premise and means by relating the actual example of the mutual development of the WaiGaoQiao Bonded Zone and Port. . Secondly the dissertation is emphatically centering on the analysis of international logistics and the development of the international logistics in the Bonded Zone and the mutual influence between the development of the international logistics and the integration of the Zone and neighboring Port. Thirdly, in the next part I myself suggest to use the gray model to make the analysis and prediction of the international logistic quantity in the Bonded Zone, and two-side make the test of the model with the import and export total and the loading and unloading capacity of the commodity of the WaiGaoQiao Bonded Zone. Subsequently the dissertation is introducing the object system of the logistics industry of the Bonded Zone, and the WaiGaoQiao as an example.
