West Of Jilin Province Ecotone Of Sustainable Development Of Cost Studies

Ecozone and Sustainable Development are the two fields of Geography, including the joint research of the two. Geography has a long history in its research of Ecozone, and the comprehension of Geography always requires the research resemble Sustainable Development. Strained by the atmosphere of Sustainable Development (mainly on the system construction and guideline system), the research of the SD of Ecozone always lacks practical use. The current research can be classified into three types: the relationship between agriculture and environment, the designation of ecological agriculture, the index system of SD, and the response to the global climate change, LUCC etc. Cost—Benefit(Cost-Ability) is the traditional means in geography, and its usual use may concentrate on microscope. We use the ecological construction as the linkage, and apply Cost—Benefit to a macro scope. The article define the cost of Sustainable Development (CSD) of Ecozone as the cost of construct its environment, mainly on the reconstruction of degradation soil. Linked with three different ways: restoration to forest, to grassland and the fosterion of grassland. The further research classifies the CSD into three parts: its construction cost, social cost and its linkage cost. We present its distribution in the county, and come to such conclusions: the account of cost and payment capability has little linkage with GDP (per person and per area), which in our ideas means we are not strained in economy, but has a calculation of comprehensive system; the cost is too much for the region, and we must "overflow" it, that is to say, Country, region and relating region may pay the cost together. And some practical advice is also presented.
