Nowadays time has already become corporation's key of gaining predominance in severity market competition. It is very important to compose quick response competence in uncertainty circumstances. With competitive advantage transferring, organizational structure, the carrier of corporation's management, will be changed to adapt the strategy.At first, this paper discusses the concept of quick response competence, and then puts forward the composing factors of quick response competence and the ways to construct this competence. Subsequently, this paper probes into the relations of enterprise competence and organizational structure in detail. In the fourth part, this paper analyzes the changing orientations of organizational structure based on quick response competence and specializes several usual organizational forms that contribute to put quick response competence in practice. In order to ensure the new organizational structure to be practicable, this paper has set up the supporting system and empirical analysis of evolved organizational structures.
