Legislative Study Of The Social Groups

On the background of "Associational Revolution", Social Association, as a new body, now play an important role in making the society become better. In order to be well operating, Social Association needs to be regulated in movement, capital and internal administration. At present, many drawbacks and loopholes exist in the stipulations in the Social Association law of China with regard to legislative spirit, transparency, coordination of legal system and so on. All of the above problems should be urgently perfected. Then the Social Association will develop rapidly and healthy in China.This paper first discuss the concept, character, classification, legislation necessarity, legal theory of Social Association as well as legislation history in China. Then it gives a clear picture of existing legal framework of Chinese Social Association, including registration, two-folded administration system, tax exemption ,etc. And also looks at the existing legal environment for Social Association in China. At last, based on the comparison and analysis of the Social Association legislation abroad, the paper make the recommendation for reforming and perfecting the Social Association legislation in China.
