China's Inter-district Judicial Assistance Issues,

Interregional judicial assistance is the cooperation of different legal regions of the same sovereignty in the field of judicatory. It aims to vindicate the whole legal system and guarantee that laws and rules are effectively enacted in different legal regions.Before Hong Kong' s returning to the mainland, our country' s legal system was single. With the returning of both Hong Kong and Macau, our country' s legal system turned from the mono-legal system to multi-legal system. In addition, Taiwan is also a part of China, who has another legal system. So, today, in China, we are in a situation of "one country, two systems, three legal departments and four legal regions" . With the development of economy, politics and culture in different legal regions, dissensions in the laws of civil and business have increased. As a result, the communication in the legal area has increased, too. Thus, enhancement in judicial assistance is called for to coordinate different legal regions. And interregional assistance becomes very essential between those legal regions when China facing the coexistence of several legal regions. How to build up our interregional judicial assistance is an indispensable question to be solvedand is a fresh task in the civil action.There are many differences between our interregional assistance and that of other multi-legal region countries, such as in regimes, legal departments, unite courts of final judgment and so on. Because of the particularity of our interregional assistance, to construct our interregional assistance we have to deal with more handicaps than those who are of "one country, one system" . In brief, the confine, principal parts of organization and modes of assistance are important tasks of interregional judicial assistance, and are made up of my whole dissertation.
