At the important forms of democracy in grass-roots units, Villagers' Autonomy in China has important meanings in democratization of countryside process at present. In the progress of Villagers' Autonomy we have certain achievements, but a great deal of questions too. Especially in the changes of society the three conflicts (between the village committee and villagers, between the village committee and party branch at village, between the village committee and the town governments) show particularly outstanding in some areas in our country. Theory circles research this problem all the time from every prospect.In The thesis the author carries on relatively deep observation to the whole course of development of villager's autonomy from the angle of the theory of the system and interests analyze. First, the development of villager's autonomy had relations to the changes of society. Under interests and society changes, villager' s autonomy became rise and develops. Second we can think the process of villager's autonomy is the process of merger of the interests, changes and export the course of feed backing. In every procedure our politic system and Interests' objects affect villager' s autonomy. In view of this the thesis thinks the reason of difficulties in Villagers' Autonomy lies in mutual interests conflict among different strength subjects (villagers, party branch at village, the town governments) deeply .The relations between the village committee and party branch at village, village committee and the town governments are not clear. It leads to the mutual conflicts that different strength subjects wants to achieve different interests. In the end the thesis puts forward some feasible dredging schemes to coordinate each side interests' conflicts and standardize each side behavior...
