On the tradition, the local bank market was always taken by t he state-owned profession banks, at present this kind of structure an d form has been broken, our country banking will presents the dive rsified competition structure and form increasingly. Share system ba nk , no-bank financing institution have brought strong impact on C hin banking. At the same time, the foreign capital financing instituti on entered China financial market , making China banking facevigorous competition , any commercial bank that wants to exist and develop in competition, must set up the market marketing idea,accurately fix target market according to the market and the e nvironmental , special competition position and keep competitive a d vantage.This paper points out that the key problem of the Shaanxi Branch of China Construction is that its customer target market i s not clear and definite and its customer's Manager's system is notperfect,staying around the lower level of structure through analysin g its credit situation .Applying relevant theories about customer m arket subdivides, it establishes credit customer target market of theShaanxi Branch of China Construction that takes big, excellent andstrong enterprise and colleges as its keystone , and put forward to expand its customer's market from three aspectdefiniting its market position, positively and steadly developinghigh-quality customer's community , enhancing the customer mana ge, strengthenning synthesize marketing consciousness .
