Acquisition is the necessary result of market economy. It is a kind of economic activity that two firms transfer property rights. Through enormous acquisitions during the past more than one hundred years, western countries have achieved industrial escalation and reasonable allocation of resources and strengthened the market competitive ability of firms. With the acceleration of our domestic market turns and the increasingly perfect of the economic laws and regulations, horizontal, vertical and mixed acquisitions surrounding with the industry are gradually active. Under the circumstance of possessing limited resources and advantages, one firm can procure quick development and fast change in multi-fields operating strategies through acquisition.This dissertation is laid emphasis on the concrete operation research about the analysis of domestic acquisition. After synopsizing the concept, strategies and ways of acquisition, the writer begins with introducing the line' s background and the general situation of the goal enterprise. Then he analyzes the motive and standard of the acquisition and finally decides the target firm. Secondly, the writer evaluates the target firm' s value according to its real finance data and puts forward the viable offer combining with both the two firms' actual situations and the possibility of money raising. Do the viability assessment before acquisition can reduce the blindness and improve the possibility of success. The writer hopes this dissertation could provide some guides to domestic acquisitions, lower the risk existed during the process, enhance the successful rate and provide some ways of thinking and assumptions.
