With the development of science and technology and the improvement of competition environment, The products are having much little difference in quality. The function of products itself has less attraction to costumers. While the attached benefit梥ervice has been becoming an important tool in manufacturing marketing. Service can not only support products marketing but also bring benefit directly. On the other side, costumers in nowadays are seeking more characteristics and difference and high quality service can be an important means to improve costumer relation.The paper applies theory analysis and instance demonstration, with concerning quantitive analysis and tactics analysis to the service competition in manufacturing marketing. First, the paper classfies and difines service and the function of service in manufacturing marketing, and put forward the service competition model. Secondly, the paper appl ies multifactor regression analysis and SWOT strategy analysis to get some alternative tactics. One best tactic will be selected through AHP analysis. At last, the paper demonstrates the service competion model through applying to the CRT television industry of China.
