| In the background of global economic development, Chinese powerful economy encounters more changes and stiff competition. The transformation of environment is requiring Chinese companies to be accustomed to the changes and undertake reforming, and there is a major need for the intervention initiated by human resources management (HRM) . HRM has already been the foster and propeller of entities' changes. There are four widespreading tools for us to use: downsizing, total quality management (TQM) , reengineering and learning organization. The aim of the thesis is to interpret, generate and promote the knowledge of managerial role and active influences of HRM in the processing of changing through the discussion of mutual dynamic relationship between entities' changes and HRM. Thus, some advice and gnides could be provided for Chinese business units.Firstly interpreting item by item then concluding as a whole is the research method. While case analyses, practical argument, statistics and model establishment are being utilized, I also refer to many words and opinions of specialists on HRM to enhance the research power. Through the writing, I set up some simple but practical diagrams and graphs with an Australia statistic case quoted at final stage. I bear in mind keeping popular the advanced theory is also a creative behavior.The detailed ideas of the paper are: the business changes should be supported by HRM; the policies and practice of HRM should be modified according to the organizational progress. HRM plays an active role in the changing; HR staff should broaden their vision and improve their abilities with the development of companies.
