To discusses cases of the parallel, vertical and mixed M&A.Chapter 3 mainly analyzes the actuality of Chinese enterprises' M&A. To study the motive factors, characteristics of development and circumstance of Chinese enterprises' M&A. To analyzes Chinese enterprises' M&A by foreign fund. Chapter 4 puts forward responsive strategies for the M & A of Chinese enterprises from the point of view of enterprise, market and government.
