| The competition in market economy is actually a kind of competition between corporations, and the result of competition between corporations is depended on their management supervisors in a sense. During the course of innovation and development, it becomes more and more serious for modem corporations to set up compensation incentive system to inspirit their management supervisors.After year's innovation and research, there are still many deficiencies in the state-owned corporations' compensation incentive system, which makes these corporations loss attraction to their management supervisors and weakens the corporations' vitality in market competition. Now it is much of importance to improve the ineffective compensation incentive system and inspirit the management supervisors of state-owned corporations.This paper takes the management supervisors of state-owned corporations as research target, uses the main theories of compensation incentive to analyze the terms on which management supervisors are inspirited by compensation incentive. Meanwhile the paper researches the deficiencies of compensation incentive system of state-owned corporations in two fields: system environment and system designing. At last, the paper provides corresponding references for further reform in the system of state-owned corporations' compensation incentive. |
