Bancassurance Development And China's Future Development Of Countermeasures

The paper consists of 4 chapters. The fist chapter gives us a general introduction of bancassurance. After providing the concept of bancassurance, the theoretical foundation and realistic reason of bancassurance generation are analyzed. Bancassurance's advantages and risks to bank and insurance during the operation are also introduced. The goal of writing this paper is put forward at the last paragraph of the first chapter, i.e. to make suggestion for the bancassurance development in China through proving several key influence factors to the development of bancassurance by comparing and analyzing bancassurance development of western countries. The Chapter 2 and Chapter 3 are the key parts of this paper. By analyzing the main operation modes of bancassurance in Chapter 2, a conclusion is made, as operational environment is the key factor on affecting the operation mode of bancassurance. Based on this, the compare is made in Chapter 3 between European and Asia on bancassurance development. Another conclusion is made, as new business together with the degree of operational in a unified way are the key factors for bancassurance development. In Chapter 4, the above 2 conclusions are utilized. Two suggestions regarding bancassurance's development in China are made with the consideration of the operational environment of China, as 1. Suggestion on policy: Mixed Group Corporation, operation and regulation separately; 2. Suggestion on operation: to build bank holding financial Company.
