Project Management is a main method to managing Architectural Engineering, project cost control is one of the "three main targets control" in Architectural Engineering Project management. The aim of the paper is how to realize the efficient control for Architectural Engineering cost, and the author bring up a brand new concept" Generic Cost Control " of Architectural Engineering Project Management.
