First of all, with the basic concepts of real estate rent, tax and fees as the starting point, the author analyzes the relationship among the real estate rent, tax and fees of Mainland China as well as its significance on the real estate market of Mainland China.Second, the author gives a detailed description of the structure, collection and utilization of our real estate rent, tax and fees, while analyzing in detail the existing problems of the system of real estate rent, tax and fees and their reasons.Third, on the basis of the study of structures of real estate rent, tax and fees abroad and in Hong Kong and Taiwan, the author summarizes some valuable experiences for the construction of the system of China's real estate rent, tax and fees.Finally, through the means of comparison and drawing on the experience of other countries, considering the present situation in China, the author puts forward the principles in constructing China's real estate rent, tax and fees system. Full consideration given to the current conditions of the development of real estate in China, the author suggests the building of a new system of real estate rent, tax and fees in conformation with our socialist market economy.
