Information disclosure has been paid more attention by countries, and has become a global problem. China's capital market gradually develops to standardization. After entering into WTO, many systems must joint with international systems. China must use the experience of other countries in securities for reference, and construct science and maturity regulation of company information disclosure. That is very important to intensify market transparency, Administrative Disciplinary Measures, and investor's confidence.China's capital market has developed for tens years. The super-vision of CSRC has convert form administration examination to information disclosure, and made many of laws and regulation about information disclosure. As a whole, information disclosure quality is enhanced by years. Information disclosure regulation also becomes perfect. Although many regulations has jointed with international regulation, there are great gap between them, so China capital market is still in a developing process.The paper summarizes a lot of concrete requirements and main contents at the basis of information disclosure theory, aiming at present situation of information disclosure to provide problems, such as information untimely, falsely, unamply ect.This paper includes six parts.
