Steel Industry, Information Systems Management Mode

At present, the following problems about the domestic and foreign researches on management schemas state the most of research papers and references only stress the narration on the concepts of management schemas, ignore the researches on the realization probability and methods, causing the ordinary and architectural features of management schemas difficult to research thoroughly.In view of the above problems, this paper uses the Dalian iron & steel group information system as the original template, the accumulation of long-term management process in the techniques and methods of business, production flow process and the business management is the base, and depends on the advanced computer and automation application technology. Based on the above techniques and methods, this paper carries on below research work:(1) The paper abstracts the concrete operation mechanism of management schema in sale, marketing accounting, and materials supplies of the upper layer business administration of iron & steel enterprise. Abstract the core business-driven model that is independent of the applied technology.(2) Utilize the upper layer management schema that proposed, apply object-oriented method, construct the object model of enterprise upper layer management schema on the basis of the intrinsic demand of structurization and standardization of enterprise management schema.(3) During achieving the mapping from object model to relation model, unite actual work experience, propose some kinds of strategies to solving how to make the inheritance oriented to object model in enterprise realize in relation model, and strategies on how to combine the basic data relation model flexibly after enterprises merged and combined.(4) By applying the upper layer management schema and application research of iron & steel enterprise information system to Sanhe steel rolling Com., Ltd., Anshan, and combining with actual situation and feature of enterprise, developed Sanhe steel rolling Com., Ltd. upper layer management information system.Today, the entire system is being in the running phase. Seeing through the feedback information, the management schema of representative iron & steel industry that this paper proposed is right, effective, feasible, and it can lift the designing and planning capability in system's entirety, shorten the system development time, moreover, guarantee the system operate steadily and have high dependability, achieve the scheduled target essentially.
