Real Estate Companies For-profit Model Study

The aim of this thesis is to provide a vast amount of systematic proficient, profit-making patterns and broad train of thought in practice for continued healthy and rapid development of Chinese real estate enterprises and help administrators make decisions, take actions, form patterns and seize opportunities as quickly as possible. The thesis starts from a vast amount of living examples and all of the following theories are used: game theory of theoretical economy, value chain theory of science of business management, trade development theory of industrial economy, SWOT analysis method of marketing and judgment of achievement theory of accounting. It takes profit gaining as the basis of study, construets the system of real estate enterprises profit-making patterns, analyzes the elements that affect the design and carrying out of the pattern and establ ishes the systematic standard for measuring the result of the pattern. Logic deduction and historical induction are the basic thought patterns used for the analysis of the whole paper. The arrangement of the structure centers on solving the following questions:1, prove the existence of the patter;2, let the enterprises understand that it' s good for them to know well about the pattern;3, provide a systematic framework for enterprises in order to let them know the pattern well;4, state the must-know pattern's evolvement and tendency of development;5, provide instructions for enterprises from knowing the circumstances to the assessment of the effect.
